Equipment Refurbishment

Restore useful equipment through a defined workshop scope.

Refurbishment can be useful when the main equipment structure remains suitable but wear, damage, or unsupported components reduce reliability. Bayvarn inspects the equipment first and gives the customer a defined work proposal. We compare that proposal with replacement where the choice is material.

Inspection before a commitment

The equipment arrives under a service reference with its identity, included accessories, and reported symptoms recorded. Workshop staff inspect the relevant assemblies and document their findings. If dismantling is needed to establish the scope, that inspection stage is agreed before the work starts.

Choose the work that matters

The proposed scope may include worn mechanical assemblies, selected drives, cabling, sensors, pneumatic equipment, controls work, and refinishing. Cosmetic work is separated from work required for function. The customer can see which items affect operation and which items are optional.

Handle new findings clearly

Some damage becomes visible only after disassembly. The project manager records the finding, explains the effect, and requests approval for any change to cost or schedule. Work that depends on that decision stays open until the customer responds. The equipment is not described as fully restored while a material defect remains unresolved.

Final testing

The test plan reflects the equipment and the work purchased. It can include unloaded checks, representative product runs, functional sequence checks, and a defined observation period. The final report states the test conditions and result rather than making a general promise about future reliability.

Return to site

Bayvarn coordinates return handling and can quote installation and recommissioning. Customers receive the completed-work record, test report, and applicable warranty terms. If site testing is required to complete acceptance, it appears as a separate scheduled step.
