Tell us what the equipment needs to do.
A useful equipment proposal begins with the production job. Tell us what happens today, what needs to change, and the conditions the new equipment must handle. You can begin with the information you have. Our applications team will identify what is needed before a final quotation.
Your contact and facility
Provide your name, company, role, work email, phone number, and the city where the equipment will operate. Identify the person who will review the technical scope if that is someone else. Tell us whether the project is an early review, an active purchase, or a replacement for existing equipment.
The application
Choose palletizing, machine tending, conveyors, a collaborative workstation, refurbished equipment, installation, refurbishment, or another defined project. Describe the current process and the desired result. Include product dimensions and weights, current and required output, shift pattern, and the main interruption or handling problem.
The site and schedule
Explain the available floor space, nearby equipment, utility information, and any planned shutdown. Share your preferred timing and the event that drives it. A target date helps planning. It becomes a committed date only through the accepted project schedule.
Useful supporting information
Photos, a floor sketch, product lists, and representative samples can help. Tell us which materials are available. The applications team confirms how to provide them and whether a site survey or trial is needed before the final proposal.
After the request
Applications reviews the information, checks whether the job fits, and proposes the next step. If the scope is not yet clear, we explain the discovery work needed. You receive a quotation only for the requirements and assumptions the proposal actually defines.
