The BVX-P731 is a configured robotic palletizing cell for operations that need consistent pallet patterns and less repetitive manual stacking. Bayvarn integrates the robot, gripping tool, infeed, pallet positions, and operator controls around the products the cell must handle.

Application envelope

The BVX-P731 targets cartons and trays weighing approximately 5 to 30 pounds per unit, with selected bag applications evaluated separately. A typical application targets 8 to 12 cases per minute with single-case handling. Final output depends on travel, product presentation, pattern, grip, and pallet exchange. The quoted acceptance rate is established with the customer’s actual products and layout.

How the cell works

The infeed presents a case at a known position. Sensors confirm that the case is ready. The robot picks it, verifies the grip, and places it according to the selected pattern. The controller tracks the layer and pallet count. When a pallet is complete, the system follows the agreed exchange sequence before production continues.

Configuration choices

  • One or two pallet positions, selected around access and exchange requirements.
  • Vacuum or mechanical gripping based on product trials.
  • Stored recipes for approved case sizes and pallet patterns.
  • Optional slip-sheet handling and upstream accumulation.
  • Operator display with status, fault information, and controlled recovery steps.

What we check before quoting

We need representative case samples, weight ranges, pallet dimensions, proposed stack heights, and the required sustained production rate. We also review case condition, tape seams, open trays, and any product that shifts inside its packaging. An unstable carton may need a packaging correction before it can be handled reliably.

Delivery and acceptance

The project includes the agreed factory trial, site installation, operator instruction, and production acceptance test. The handover records the validated recipes and recovery procedures. If a sample fails a handling test, the team revises the tooling or excludes that product from the accepted scope until the issue is resolved.
