Bayvarn supplies configured industrial equipment for repetitive handling, loading, unloading, and movement between production steps. We start with the product, the required output, and the operating environment. Then we select the robot, tooling, conveyors, controls, and access arrangement that fit the application.

Five equipment families

  • BVX-P731 robotic palletizing cell. Builds repeatable pallet patterns from a controlled carton or tray infeed.
  • BVX-T421 machine-tending cell. Loads and unloads suitable CNC equipment using defined part presentation and machine signals.
  • BVX-C286 conveyor systems. Move products between existing machines and manage accumulation or transfer points.
  • BVX-W163 collaborative workstation. Supports selected handling and light-assembly tasks in a compact work area.
  • BVX-R592 refurbished robots. Provides inspected used equipment for technically suitable projects and replacement applications.

What a system quotation covers

A proposal identifies the application, included equipment, customer responsibilities, installation assumptions, and acceptance method. Product samples and a site survey may be required before the final design is confirmed. We identify optional items separately, such as vision, additional recipes, operator training, or support coverage.

New equipment or a change to what you own?

We evaluate existing conveyors, fixtures, and machines before recommending replacement. Some projects need a new cell. Others need a better infeed, revised controls, or a different end-of-arm tool. If the equipment you already have can complete the job with a defined upgrade, that option belongs in the discussion.

Support after delivery

Commissioning includes a documented handover. Available follow-on services include preventive maintenance, controls support, operator refresher training, and repair. Service coverage is agreed separately so the customer knows which visits and response arrangements are included.
