Fictional model. Illustration is not a manufacturer drawing.

The BVX-W163 is a configured workstation built around a collaborative robot for selected handling and light-assembly tasks. It is intended for a repeatable job with controlled product presentation, a practical operator interface, and a defined process for replenishment and recovery.

Where it fits

Typical applications include moving small components between fixtures, placing products into trays, presenting parts for inspection, and assisting with simple kitting sequences. The application envelope targets handled items from 0.5 to 5 kilograms. Final selection accounts for tooling mass, reach, cycle requirements, and the task performed by the complete workstation.

What makes the workstation useful

The robot is one element. Bayvarn also designs the fixture, part presentation, gripping method, and controls needed to finish the job. Where the application allows it, operators replenish trays or remove completed work at an agreed access point. The design defines what the robot does when material runs out or a part is not in the expected position.

Configurable elements

  • Fixed or mobile base arrangements, with the operating position defined.
  • Product trays and application-specific fixtures.
  • Electric, pneumatic, or vacuum gripping.
  • Simple recipe selection and clear workstation status.
  • Optional presence checks or vision after application testing.

Review the complete application

A collaborative robot does not determine the access arrangement by itself. The tool, workpiece, fixtures, process, and movement all affect the design. Bayvarn evaluates the workstation as a complete application and includes the required protective measures in the project scope.

Trial before commitment

For uncertain handling tasks, we recommend a sample trial. The trial identifies whether the product can be gripped, positioned, and released consistently. You receive the observations and the remaining design questions before deciding whether to proceed with a production system.
