Installation & Commissioning

Bring equipment into production with a defined finish.

Installation is complete when the agreed system can do the agreed job under the agreed conditions. Bayvarn plans mechanical placement, utilities, controls connections, startup, and handover as one project. The customer can see what must be ready before the installation crew arrives.

Before equipment arrives

We review the layout, receiving route, floor condition, utilities, access, and shutdown window. The customer confirms the site responsibilities listed in the proposal. The project manager tracks open items such as electrical supply, compressed air, network connections, and representative production materials.

Installation and startup

The crew places and assembles the included equipment, checks connections, and records the installed configuration. Startup begins with controlled checks before production material enters the system. The team verifies sensors, drives, interlocks, and the signals exchanged with adjacent machines according to the commissioning plan.

Acceptance in the actual process

The acceptance plan defines product types, test duration, rate, acceptable interruptions, and the handling of rejected or damaged products. We also test the agreed recovery situations. A successful run with one product does not automatically accept every future product. Approved recipes and operating conditions are recorded at handover.

When something remains open

The project manager keeps a list of outstanding items with owners and required action. If an item prevents the acceptance test, the team explains the dependency and reschedules that test. Minor items that do not prevent agreed operation are documented with a completion plan.

Handover package

Depending on scope, customers receive final layouts, electrical documentation, program backups, equipment records, operator instructions, and a training record. The service team receives the same final equipment identity and open-item status. This creates a usable starting point for future maintenance and repair.
