A place to test the job before it reaches your plant.

Our Houston facility brings applications, assembly, and service under one roof. The 18,000-square-foot space supports equipment trials, mechanical integration, workshop repairs, and customer acceptance testing. Visits are scheduled so the right technician or application specialist is available for your project.
Integration and assembly
The integration bay is used to assemble robot cells, conveyor sections, tooling, and controls before shipment. Building these elements together helps the team find access conflicts and sequence problems while the equipment is still in the workshop. Customers can review the physical layout before the system moves to their production floor.
Application trials
The demonstration area supports selected product-handling and machine-tending trials. Customers provide representative samples and the conditions the equipment must handle. The team records the trial setup, the observed result, and any limits. A demonstration shows what happened with those samples. Project acceptance uses the separate conditions written into the order.
Repair workshop
Workshop technicians inspect removed assemblies, prepare repair findings, and carry out approved work. Equipment arrives under a service reference with its reported symptoms and included items recorded. If inspection finds a different problem from the one originally reported, the customer receives an updated recommendation before additional work proceeds.
Planning a visit or delivery
The simulation uses 4300 Windfern Road, Houston, TX 77041, in the Clay Road and Windfern Road industrial corridor. The real property is not operated by Bayvarn. Facility visits and deliveries are not available. In the fictional operating model, the project team confirms the receiving window, handling needs, and return arrangements before equipment arrives.
